We do our best to send the same cleaner for every visit. If they're ever unavailable, we'll arrange a suitable replacement.
How do we pay?
Payment is collected after each visit — we'll confirm the details with you when you book.
What if we're not happy with a visit?
Call us directly. We'll follow up with the contractor and, if needed, arrange a different match — no forms, no waiting on email.
